About Professional Impact

Professional Impact, Inc. is an international training and consulting company, specializing in motivational training seminars, leadership consulting, team enhancement workshops, and personnel and team selection. Professional Impact, Inc., a Connecticut corporation, was established in 1983 as Eden Enterprises, Inc. A corporate resolution was enacted in 1995, changing the name to Professional Impact, Inc.

Professional Impact, Inc. has two branches: Professional Impact For Healthcare and Professional Impact for Corporate. Each branch has its own, unique set of offerings, but both are focused to achieve the following mission.

While other consultants look for what is "broken" and fix it –- we look for what is "exceptional" and enhance it. While other strategies require you to take on a style that doesn't fit who you are, the techniques you will learn in Professional Impact Workshops will enable you to capitalize on what is unique about you. You will be encouraged to know yourself, and to identify and remove the "success barriers" that keep you from getting what you want for yourself and your business.

Professional Impact Workshops are highly motivational, and purposefully intense. Each workshop is designed to provide simple steps that will help you to achieve the goals you set. In the process of learning to better help your patients/clients/employees, you will also learn how to better help yourself, your children, your relationships and your life. Many of our participants have told us that their workshop was a "life changing" experience that changed their perspectives on themselves, their work and their families.

Each Professional Impact program is customized to the specifications of our client, and is conducted personally by Wendy Lipton-Dibner, M.A., and Hal Dibner, Ph.D.
