Full Practice Team Alignment

If you have a practice of 5 or more employees, alignment is a critical piece of your success. The problem is that typically administrators and doctors look to hire "strong, independent workers." The consequence of this is that you end up with a practice of people who get their individual jobs done, but aren't necessarily effective at making it all work together in a seamless process that builds high energy, high morale, and patient satisfaction. All of this is resolved through effective team alignment.

Are your staff members on the same page, and communicating your vision effectively to your patients? Are they behaving in a manner that reflects your professional goals and personal values?

Or ...

Is your team experiencing negativity, back-biting or inappropriate gossip? Are there unresolved resentments which are leading to cliques and camps? In larger practices, are you seeing a lack of team work between departments?

If you aren't seeing a consistently energized and positive work environment, then you have an alignment problem. Is it your job to fix this problem? No. Is it your responsibility to see that it is fixed? Yes.

The Full Practice Team Alignment Workshop will take your practice to a new level of performance. Through a highly motivational, didactic and interactive format, you and your team will learn to communicate with each other (and, by default, with your patients) effectively and efficiently. Members of your team who have been together for 2 or more years will work through unresolved resentments, while newer members will become integrated and feel a part of the team. You will learn things about each other that will allow you to communicate more effectively and efficiently, to bring more laughter and joy to your practice and discover a wealth of talent that you never knew you had.
